“Another GREAT Year, Thank You Diligent Group. After being referred to you by other happy clients of yours we have happily passed 10 years of service with you this year and I am still one very happy client.
Changing over from a Franchisee to our own Company was scary for us but made so easy by you guys. The hand holding we needed was happily met by all the great staff you have combined into a fabulous team.
The physical distance between our businesses has its challenges but is made easy with the many different ways of interactions possible, Skype, Email, Facebook, Fax and even the good old telephone. We thank you for that as we are a mobile business and it is not always easy to access some technologies (some things are just out of our control) but you have always been accessible one way or another.
